Arrival at Beach: 8:30 am  

Toes In:  9:00 am  

Courses and Distance:  

Once we see who shows up, we can decide on distances. Draft:

• Pod 1: Youth swimmer & new people (Deb to accompany, distance varies).
• Pod 2: Turn around at 1 mile for a 2 mile swim.
• Pod 3: Swim to one of the two beaches below

Parking:  Very little parking at Shell Beach Parking lot. Get as close as you can.

Support Craft: We need Paddlers (SUP, Kayaks, row boats). If you are interested in this swim or any others, please contact: Courtney Richardson at cnrichar@gmail.com.  

Current/Tide:  MidTide

Timing: No official timing. Wear your watch.

Post-Swim Gathering: As always, plan to spend 20 mins or so getting caffeinated, eating sugar, and  hangin' with MOWSERS

MOWSA MUSTS:

1. MOWSA Waiver: Must be on file. Download .pfd (Waiver). and send it or a screenshot to deb@marinopenwaterswim.com. 
2. Annual MOWSA fee of $40: Must be paid. VENMO: @MOWSA and include your name — On VENMO this may come up as a Business Account. If you prefer to Paypal, send the $40 fee to Deb@debnewton.com. or 415.233.1801
3. You must check in and get your body marked at events.
4. You must wear a colored cap when swimming events.
5. You must check-out from all MOWSA swims so we don't go searching for you in the water. There will always be a list to check your name off if there isn't a person there when you finish.
